A new market leading sports data company has been formed following the announcement that STATS and Perform are to merge. The new entity is called STATS Perform and will provide data-led sports research, news and video content in combination with live betting streams, integrity services, and AI-powered solutions. It will employ more than 1,600 full-time employees across 25 countries, including a 40 strong sport-focused AI team.
