We have compiled a new mailing list of companies which are signed up to the Living Wage Foundation. Demonstrating a commitment to employee relations and wellbeing, these companies are signed up to pay all their staff a minimum of £9.00 an hour (£10.55 in London).

All UK companies are obliged to pay the National Living Wage, an hourly rate of £8.21 (but only to the over-25s), but these employers have gone further, highlighting their commitment to pay fair wages to their employees. Companies on this list include Aviva, Barclays, Burberry, Channel 4, ClearChannel, GSK, ITV, Legal & General and Linklaters.

Companies supporting the Living Wage Foundation are more likely to put generous budgets into CSR, learning & development and human resources.
